Museums build back post-Covid

Responding to museum visitor numbers reaching over 1.5 million for the first time since the pandemic, Tom Giffard MS, Shadow Minister for Culture, said:

“It’s fantastic to see our museums building back, despite funding cuts from the Labour Welsh Government.

“This gradual return to pre-pandemic visitor numbers must be carefully nurtured, because the sector is facing a very challenging environment.

“The Welsh Conservatives will ensure our culture and heritage is protected.”
