Responding to today’s BBC Politics Wales interviews with Vaughan Gething and Jeremy Miles, Welsh Conservative Leader, Andrew RT Davies MS, said:

“Today we learnt that the two men wanting to become Labour’s fifth Welsh First Minister have no plan to tackle the biggest issues in Wales.

“Both of them will just deliver more of the same, focussing on Labour’s pet projects of more politicians, banning new roads and keeping the barmy 20mph speed limit.

“Only the Welsh Conservatives have a plan to eliminate two-year Welsh NHS waiting lists, deliver 5,000 more teachers and end the housing crisis in Wales.”
