SUPPORT OUR FARMERS

SUPPORT OUR FARMERS

Samuel Kurtz MS supporting Welsh Farmers

Only a Welsh Conservative Government will:

  • Introduce a Welsh Conservative Farming and Countryside Scheme – to replace Labour’s unpopular Sustainable Farming Scheme, ensuring food security is at its heart by listening to the farming community.
  • Protect and increase funding for agriculture, providing an additional £100 million for farming over the next Senedd term.
  • End the all-Wales Nitrate Vulnerable Zone.
  • Use every tool available and follow the science to eradicate Bovine TB.

The Welsh Conservatives have always backed out farmers and will continue to speak up against Labour and Plaid’s anti-farming agenda. Farming needs a friend, and the Welsh Conservatives are committed to being that friend now and in the future.

When we say No Farmers = No Food, we mean it.
